The budget ceiling for FY 2005 is $4.5 million, which is funded by a special revolving fund.
As a lender of “last resort,” the program targets farmers who are unable to obtain the necessary financing for their business operation through conventional sources.

The objective of this program is to promote the agricultural development of the state by stimulating, facilitating and granting loans to qualified farmers, and providing related financial services.

The budget ceiling for FY 2005 is $500,000, which is funded by a special revolving fund.

This also is a “last resort” financing program, targeting aquaculturists who are unable to obtain the necessary financing through conventional sources.

The program’s objective is to assist in developing the aquacultural sector of the State’s economy to a strong and competitive condition by stimulating, facilitating and granting loans to qualified applicants, and providing related financial services.
