The MACS program can provide up to 87.5 percent of the cost to install eligible best management practices (BMPs) to protect water quality. As much as $75,000 per farm may be received to install animal water treatment and containment projects; up to $20,000 per project with a maximum of $50,000 per farm for other BMPs.
