First mortgage real estate loans with maximum loan of $600,000.00 at 8 percent or 9 percent fixed over 30 year term. Maximum loan to value is 50 percent to 60 percent. Borrower must be a Wyoming resident and security must be located in Wyoming. Loans are available to beginning agricultural producers with reduced rates for the first 10 years.
